AIP Fast Food



Before going gluten free, if I needed a quick dinner, it was always pasta with tuna. Now, on the AIP diet, cooking is dominating my life, but sometimes you just want to throw together a quick meal.


My favorite go to quick dinner is spaghetti squash, tuna, olives, veggies (spinach and brussel sprouts) and some seasoning. Nothing like a big bowl of ' pasta.' :)
